    As co-founder and technical manager of TalentATS, I set the technical vision and lead the engineering behind an AI-native applicant tracking system for the recruitment industry. Drawing on 25+ years in search and machine learning, I architected the platform’s core — intelligent CV and vacancy parsing, semantic search-and-match, and LLM-powered automation that removes manual effort from hiring. I lead the development team and roadmap, turning product strategy into scalable, reliable technology while staying hands-on with the engineering that sets us apart: relevance, accuracy and speed at scale.

    Spearheaded the development of the MVP for LogicMelon’s Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system. Worked closely with a C-level director and a business analyst to validate technical feasibility and robustness of requirements. Identified and onboarded a dedicated offshore team, then took on project management to guide the transition in-house. Hands-on design and implementation of the CRM’s talentpool search functionality.

    Co-founded Reshufl.com, pioneering high-precision CV and vacancy parsing and advanced search-and-match technology for recruitment. Solutions were used internationally across UK and US platforms including Job.com, Gamesmith.com, MyJobMatcher.com and Zatillo.com. Architected the core product: the CV/vacancy parser, search-and-match algorithms, predictive analytics, valuation models and skills-gap analytics, plus ML-driven dictionary management tools.

    Subcontracted to Jobsite as part of a small international team building a next-generation search-and-matching system to automate matching between employer and applicant profiles. Owned the extractor and sector-matching services, QA and performance optimisation — achieving 86% match-rate accuracy using logistic regression. Joined the Smarter Insights big-data team and built a forecasting model predicting visitor, application and conversion rates up to 12 weeks ahead. Tech spanned Java, Eclipse, Big Data, R and AWS.

Evolved into a consultancy, outsourcing and application-development business focused on the HR sector — strategic consultancy, software team augmentation and bespoke recruitment/HR software.
